The Storm

Right now there is a storm getting ready to come through our area. The clouds are dark, the wind is picking up, and you can smell the rain, and feel the chill of the breeze. I love storms, although I'm not a big fan of the lightening, and warnings that can come along with a storm. We haven't had any rain here in Ohio for almost 3 weeks it seems like. I'm really glad to see we are finally going to be getting some. Our grass is so brown and hasn't grown in a while. We haven't had to have it mowed for a while now. I do miss that green grass. Seems God makes things so beautiful, yet they can turn out bad, or ugly. But, in their own way things can still be beautiful. Kinda like us humans....we can be beautiful when we doll ourselves all up to go places, but we don't dare step out in the mornings without cleaning up most of the time anyways..lol. I don't know if any of this is making sense at all, but it just seems like a good way to put things I guess. I guess my whole message is don't judge a book by it's cover, because deep down inside of everyone there is beauty, and we know that even though the grass outside is brown, we know it can be brought back to life with some rain and sunshine. I'm always telling my friends and family members that they are beautiful, and handsome. There's nothing wrong with anyone that could ever make them truely ugly, we all have something beautiful about us, whether it's our looks, our eyes, personality, or the ways we help others. We all have that one beautiful thing about us, others may have more than one thing that makes them beautiful. Most of all I think true beauty comes from the mind, and those that are caring, helpful, honest, true, and very worthy of out wonderful Lord. I'm not the most beautiful person, but I do have a beautiful mind, I believe anyways..lol. I'm really taking what I'm saying here into heart, because when I was a teen in high school, I always got judged as well as many other kids do these days, and I think it made me stronger, and realize that no matter who made fun of me, or whom I made fun of, we all realize there's something beautiful about one another after all. Weird huh? I thought so. Ok, time to get off of this computer before the storm comes through. Don't know why I picked these words for my blog or anything else, but I'm kinda glad I did, so I can read it over and over. If it doesn't make any sense at all, I'm very sorry. I'm not perfect and my words may not be a beautiful but my typing is beautiful..LOL! Be blessed....

A beautiful day!

This day is absolutely beautiful! The weather is only 81 degrees, and it's so nice, sunny, and breezy out! My friend Kimberly is getting ready to come over, and we are going to go take a walk, talk, and spend some much needed girl time together. I love days like this. I love spending any time I can get with friends and family. I am very thankful for all the friends and family that I have. I truely am blessed. Thank You Lord, for all the wonderful people that you have put in my life! God is amazing, and truely wonderful to me, and you. I'm so glad to be alive today, and I thank the Lord for another day to be living, to speak to family, to have the chance to do things I love. Right now I am not feeling the greatest, but I am still thankful and going to praise God for giving me another day of life! I am planning on having my first Scentsy and Gourmet Cupboard party here before too long. I really wanna be able to have the party and have people over to see all the wonderful products that I have, and just have a good time. I am so thankful to be in 2 businesses I like very much, that allows me to share great products, be apart of something amazing, and help others. I pray for much success in both. Ok, this isn't my best blog yet, I'm kinda bored with it myself...didn't really have much to say...LOL! So I'll shut up now...chow for now bloggers!!
